Maintenance & Longevity
Normally, bricks don’t require maintenance. However, in some places you might want to treat them with a moss and mould product to maintain their appearance.
The only maintenance or weather protection required is to keep the bricks in your pizza oven waterproof by painting or applying a silicone-based sealer.
Heat cracks in a brick oven are normal and don’t affect its structural integrity.
